As a Systems
Administrator, your primary responsibility includes server
maintenance or
administration on Microsoft
based operating systems.
On occasion, you
will be required to provide
local desktop support for Windows end-users.
You must be able to
identify, research, and
resolve technical issues
related to servers and
desktops.You will be
required to respond to
phone calls,emails,
and any other requests for
support during
business hours.
